Tort Claim Bar Date Materials
If you believe that you have a Tort Claim, you must file a Tort Proof of Claim Form to maintain and/or preserve any claims that you have against the Debtor. Even if you have already filed a lawsuit against the Debtor alleging abuse prior to October 18, 2009, you must still file a Tort Proof of Claim Form to maintain and/or preserve your rights in the Debtor’s chapter 11 case.
